Room to rent to Single Professional is in shared apartment with 1 other person - me!
15 mins walk to the station. 3 mins to the River. Parking is on street. There is a gated section in the parking basement of the building if you have a scooter or bicycle.
Accommodation includes your own bathroom. Bed has ample storage underneath.
Ideally looking for a flatmate who is relaxed and down to earth, but most importantly is a positive and peaceful person.
This is not suitable for someone who works from home full time. A few days a month wfh is fine! Unfortunately no sleepovers for partners.
I do enjoy the balance between time alone and being sociable. Good humour and laughter always welcome!
