Double Bedroom in New Build Flat

Hey,

I’m looking for someone to occupy a spare room in my flat. A bit about me: I work in sales, and majority of the time work from home. I’m interested in health, fitness, psychology, and am a foodie. I’m quite a chilled person, sociable and see friends and family a lot, but appreciate my space too.

I’m looking for - a female flatmate only, and someone who does not work from home, generally tidy, sociable but also has their own interests too.

About the flat:
- It’s in Maidenhead town centre, very close to restaurants and pubs around, and just a 7 minute walk to the train station!
- It’s a double bedroom, with 1.5 wardrobes, and general space for anything to bring/add.
- The flat also has a shared open plan kitchen/living space, and a balcony overlooking the river.
- You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself the majority of the time, as I have an en-suite so will use it rarely.
- All bills are included in the flat.
- There’s no car park space available with the flat so if you would like to bring a car, you’ll need to find a space locally and privately.
