Hi! I'm Sam (30) - I've just moved into my first home. I'm clean tidy and looking to find another housemate.
I'm looking for a working professional who wants a calm, tidy and friendly home (occasional dinner/drinks, xbox evenings nothing crazy).
I love sports and go to the gym regularly with my other housemate Dylan (Mid 20s). We both work in London for part of the week. Dylan is big into Rugby & I'm into rock climbing, mountain biking, kayaking etc. We both really value a chilled, clean and tidy home. Our previous housemate was great but he's moving out of the area to be closer to work. (reference available)
The Room:
• Decent double
• Fitted Double Wardrobe
• Furnished or unfurnished
• Very comfy bed (John Lewis Mattress)
• Use of main bathroom shared with one other
The House:
• Spacious living/dining room
• Washing Machine, Dryer, Dishwasher
• Kitchen + extra downstairs loo
• Sunny south-facing garden
• Parking : Driveway + garage + Permit
• 2 mins walk to the River Thames (I kayak!)
• 5 mins walk to Pure Gym, Lidl & soon to be new M&S food hall which opens in later this year.
Location:
10 mins’ walk to Maidenhead Station (Elizabeth Line — fast links to London).
