Beautiful Double Room in Friendly Female House

A lovely double room is available in our warm and welcoming terrace house in Maidenhead. We’re a friendly, social household looking for another like-minded female (20s–early 30s) who’s keen to feel at home and be part of the house.

The house itself is bright, spacious, and open-plan, with a shared kitchen and living area that gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully fitted and well-stocked with all utensils, cookware, and essentials, so we’d kindly ask that no additional furniture or general kitchen items are brought into the house. At the back, we have a large south-facing garden with a BBQ and social area, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The house is not overlooked and backs onto the moor , so it feels very green and peaceful.

The available room is on the first floor at the back of the house, making it the quietest room, away from the road. The room is well furnished with a floor-to-ceiling double wardrobe and an Ottoman bed, offering plenty of built in and underbed storage. You’ll share a bathroom with just one other housemate.

Location-wise, it’s ideal:

Short walk to the river

Close to local independent shops, cafés, and restaurants

Around an 18-minute walk to the Elizabeth Line station

Parking available both on the driveway and on-street

We also have two friendly outdoor cats, Rufus and Tallulah, who stay downstairs and add to the homely feel.

We’re a sociable house and genuinely enjoy spending time together, whether that’s cooking, chatting, or occasional drinks. We’re looking for someone with a similar vibe to us, friendly, easygoing, and happy to integrate into the household rather than just rent a room.
