Airy Double-Room in Flat/Flexible Contract

This spacious, furnished double bedroom in my three-bedroomed flat will be available from September 6th.
Whilst I am away most of the week,
I work at the flat a couple of times a week, making this let unsuitable
for anyone working from home.
Also, the second bedroom is currently used by a nurse three days a week Monday-Wednesday.

The shared spaces are bathroom with kitchen access for laundry and cooking light meals
Whilst I live out much of the time I do offer respite care on two or three days a month and stay at the flat with the young person on those days. For this reason, I am only able to accept viewings from female applicants at this time.

Efficient BT broadband.
Bills included except your own mobile.
