Double room to rent inlovely semi-detached cottage

I have a double room to rent from in Maidenhead, Berks.

This is a two bedroom property with two bathrooms - a bathroom, shower-room, kitchen, lounge, dining room and decent sized garden with BBQ and storage garage. The house has Wifi and full SKY TV.

The house is based in West Maidenhead, around 15 minuites walk from the town centre and train station. there are local shops, pubs and bus routes very close by.

Ideally I am looking for a professional and employed tenant to move in for 3, 6 or 12 months (I am pretty flexible on duration). I am a single guy who works 5 days per week and therefore the house is free often. I am laid back and relaxed, enjoy a pint, films and TV.
