Flat share

I have a large double bedroom for rent in my flat, which also benefits from a communal garden.

There is no communal lounge, however, all bills are included and there is free Wi-Fi in the flat.

There is also a fridge freezer in your room.

The flat is located in the Cox Green area and is within easy reach of local shops and restaurants.

The train station is accessible by foot ( 20- 30 minute walk) and by bus.

You would be sharing with myself, one other male, and a friendly little cat.
