A superb, double bedroom is available in a period cottage Victorian house owned by a professional person. The house is in very good order throughout with fireplaces, real wooden floors, central heating, broadband etc. Shared dining room, lounge with SkyTV, kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine), bathroom (shower and bath too) and a large, south-facing garden with patio. The furnished room is very spacious with wooden floor, radiator, rug, comfy double bed and Sky. The area is nice and quiet with lovely neighbours.
Streetparking (always available), 10-12 minutes walk from town centre, bus station and train station. All bills are included in the price. I am seeking a professional, friendly and easy-going person please. Many thanks :)
