Although there is free street parking, but the house also has a big drive way which can easily accommodate 3 cars. It's got local shops nearby with a walking distance of 5mins. Town Center and big supermarkets are another 10mins walking distance.

The house comprises of professionals working in various different industries. It's a smoke and pet free house. All bills are inclusive of the rent.
