A room in this spacious house has come available. There are 6 housemates in total and you have lots of space to relax as well as large bedrooms.

Downstairs there is a large lounge, great sized kitchen and a dining room which leads into a garage which is perfect for storage. There is also a downstairs toilet as well as two of the bedrooms.

There are four bedrooms upstairs as well as 2 bathrooms - one is a shower room, the second is a full bathroom with a shower over the bath.

All the bedrooms are doubles, the one coming available is neutrally decorated with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers.

All the guys in the house are really friendly, often the housemates can be found gathering in the lounge playing video games or watching TV together.

Outside there is parking for 4 cars and out the back a very large garden.

All the bills are included in the price - gas, electric, water, Virgin fibre (and Tivo) and council tax. You also get a cleaner who cleans the communal areas twice a month and a gardener to maintain the garden.
