The room is for single occupancy only - Monday to Friday. The black and white property has a lovely open plan modern interior and is equipped with SKY TV and free broadband. Lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. The bedroom can include bed linen if required. The property will be available for an initial period of six months and will thereafter be renewable on a month by month basis. The owner has a pet cat. Four weeks notice to terminate within the first six months is required by both parties. If there is misuse of alcohol or prohibited substances the tenant will be asked to leave forthwith.
