Great-sized double room to rent in Maidenhead

Our current housemate is moving back to Scotland, so we are looking for a sociable professional to replace her. Must be tidy and clean, ideally non-smoker but happy for you to smoke outside. Monday-Friday we are pretty focused on work, so someone sociable who enjoys a drink and letting your hair down at the weekend would be ideal.

The room is a good-sized double, it has plenty of storage as it has built-in wardrobes. The room is also fully furnished and the mattress is brand new.

The house is located in a really nice quiet cul-de-sac in Maidenhead. We have a driveway for parking (space for my car and another), plus plenty of parking in the street.

We have a small garden, that is perfect for bbq's in the summer. All bills are included - we also have BT Infinity broadband and Sky TV.

I know amenities are important for some people - the kitchen has everything; dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
