**Viewings from the 9th March**I have a brand new double room in a 3 double bedroom town house, about a 15 minute walk to Maidenhead station. This room will be available from Sunday 13th March. I am the live out landlord and will stay in the property about twice a year for a week, so the third bedroom is rarely used. There is a private bathroom with the room, which includes a bath and shower and all new appliances. The house is in the new Boulter Meadow development. All bills included ** Unlimited broadband, gardener, window cleaner** This is a superb house in a fantastic location, viewing is a must! A single occupant is preferable but couples will be considered too. The room also has blinds now :). This room is a double room but I think would suit a single occupant better than a couple. Couples are still welcome to view.
