Double bedroom in a friendly, neat and tidy house. Less than 5 minutes walk to the Magnet Centre and Sainsburys in Maidenhead town centre. There is a Sky box in each bedroom and a weekly cleaner is included in the rent.

Our house is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. There is a lounge with television and Sky and a spacious kitchen diner with all the usual appliances - dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, two fridge freezers etc. The garden has a slate patio with two storage sheds and a table and chairs for eating outside. There is no dedicated parking space with the room but there is free parking on Cherwell Close.

The room is on the middle floor and has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a Sky Box. There is a bathroom with shower and bath shared with one other.

All bills including broadband as well as a weekly clean of the communal areas is included in the rent.
