Who we're looking for:

Professional / Student internship between 21 - 39 (Single Occupancy only) who are CLEAN/TIDY and will always clean up after him/herself after use the communal area, friendly and respectful.

The existing housemates are all professionals 24-39, no one work from home. they are very tidy, quiet and respectful.

The house is located just 0.9 miles from Maidenhead train station and town centre.
1 mins walk to bus stop no. 7 to Coxgreen
2 mins walk to GSK and other pharmaceutical companies
10 mins walk to Vanwall business park

The room is furnished including double bed/mattress, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, desk and chair. All rooms are lockable for privacy.

Parking: Off street parking for 2 cars, first come first serve. On street parking is also available - no permit required.

Bills included : Council tax, gas, electricity, water, Virgin Broadband 250MB and bi-weekly cleaner.

You will only share the bathroom with the other tenant.

1 month's rent payable in advance + deposit one month.
