We have a single room to rent for single occupancy, in a lovely and clean house located within very easy access to train station and town centre.

The room is furnished with a single bed and a wardrobe and has recently been re decorated.

The house itself has a lovely patio/garden area, shared living room, upstairs bathroom and downstairs loo. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances.

We're looking for a female housemate who is easy going, professional, friendly, positive, clean and respectful.
