The room is bright and fully furnished. The room itself is not ensuite, however you will pretty much have sole use of the family bathroom.
House is situated in a quiet road approximately 15 minutes walk/3-4 minute drive from town and train station. There is also a good sized co-op nearby. Rent of £420 PCM to include bills. Monday to Friday although we would consider you if you are looking for occasional weekends also (at a slightly higher rental rate).
