Just been informed that the letting agents have advised to the landlord that decoration throughout inc carpets and new windows in part is recommended. Quotations are being undertaken as we speak so advert will be valid and updated once this has been done.
Rental price includes all bills except landline calls ( who uses landlines anyway?) Security deposit is estimated cost letting agents advise
i will update the pictures shortly the room for rent is the one that has the dining table in although this is now in its righfull home in the living room
i have a medium double room availiable in a nice quiet residential area in the River Side area of Maidenhead availiable immediately
Flat would suit somone who would like somewhere peaceful to live
.
Ideally a female flatmate is preferred but not essential, and you will have your own space as i work longish hours
The room itself is a medium sized double with plenty of room for a double bed wardrobe etc and comes unfurnished
The lounge has a IKEA sofa (going to change for something more comfortable lol) and ikea chairs, dining table and large flatscreen tv and home cinema system.
The bathroom is shared and there is a bath and shower facility.
The kitchen is functional but a little quirky (the landlord painted it a lovely shade of purple lol which will change as per above its not the most modern of kitchens but its large with plenty of space and you will have plenty of cupboards to store your stuff in and has all the utilities you would need.
There is a little garden area out front (again being tended to by landlord) and parking at the rear for one vehicle (off road) and a garage which you can park in or store any excess stuff you may have.
Hi-SPeed Wireless fibre broadband is included and can be accessed throughout the flat via wireless or wired connection
Flat is not ultra modern or even modern however its a nice home to be in
All references will need to be passed to the letting agents for verification, they are very swift and professional and have always responded quickly to any needs. Ultimately they have the final say, but they are assiting me in finding a new flatmate.
Smoking is ok outside and the M4 is only 5 to 10 mins away (either jnc 7 or 8/9) and the M40 is about 10 minutes away. With Maidenhead town centre only 5 mins away (by car. Perfect location for those who work in London, Reading or slough and looking for a nice area to live in.
As for me well, im pretty laid back and keep myself to myself, i am social although not a big clubber/pubber any more lol but ultimately easy to get on with . I am TG albeit not full time and am perfectly normal otherwise lol. If this is a problem then please pass on by and good luck
The neighbours here are great and we respect each others peace
Gas, Electric and council tax are included in the rent price telephone is not included but in this day an age most people use mobiles anyway
There may also be a contract fee which would be split between us again the letting agent would advise directly
Would suit someone who likes a nice place to chill as opposed to a party animal
