Studio with own kitchen and en suite shower room

Situated in a quiet cul de sac and overlooking the garden, this studio adjoins the main house, but has a separate entrance and lobby. There is a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, small TV. The kitchen has cupboards, sink, 2 hot plates, microwave, table top conventional grill/oven, fridge, table and stools. Shared use of separate utility room with washing machine. There is a small patio and space to dry washing outdoors. The studio has under floor heating and is therefore cosy in the winter. On street parking is readily available. It is within walking distance of the train station, town centre and leisure centre, there are also local shops nearby.
We have 2 cats and a chicken - but none of these has access to the studio!
