Good single/small double room in friendly house

Hi,
We have a single/small double available to rent within a large 3 bedroom house in Mortimer, just outside reading. There is a station around 5-10mins away with regular links to Reading town and Basingstoke.
The room can either contain a single or double bed, dependent on what you would prefer and has a good amount of built in storage including hanging rail.

The house has a large living/dining room and kitchen, two bathrooms(upstairs and downstairs) a conservatory, two utility rooms and lovely garden. We also have plenty of parking and a garage.
Currently living in the house is three girls, all of us between 23 and 26.
We like to think of our house more of a home and get on very well, we are all laid back and friendly and would like to live with someone else like this.
This house is perfect for someone who either works in Mortimer already or works in Reading/Basingstoke and doesnt want to live in the town! We all currently commute to Reading in around 15mins!
