I am the landlord of the property living in the attached 5 bedroom house. Due to the last tenants contract coming to an end the annex is free again. I am looking for a professional person Monday - Friday only who would describe themselves as easy to live with, clean and tidy. The house is situated 5/10 minutes drive from Junction 11 or 12 of the M4 and 5 minutes drive from Mortimer train station with easy access into Reading, Basingstoke and London.
Easy 10 minutes to AWE.

I will require references and a security deposit of £400 which will be returned when you leave, depending on any damages etc. All bills included. No minimum or maximum term, just 4 weeks notice upon leaving. Cleaning can be arranged.
