Hello there, Im looking for a new wonderful female tenant to take over the spare room I have in a beautiful maisonette very close to Newbury town centre.

The room itself is a cosy double with chest of drawers, shelves and overlooks the back garden so it is quiet. You will also have your own large walk in wardrobe that is large external to the room, and quite frankly amazing to store all your clothes/shoes and other belongings, . Shared access to bathroom, lounge and kitchen.

Lounge is beautifully decorated and has a very peaceful feel to it, wooden flooring and tasteful floral Kath kidson style blinds and a TV, and table n chairs to eat dinner at.

Kitchen is a good size with gas cooker, fridge and freezer and lots of cupboard space

Bathroom has a bath and shower and is also tastefully decorated to create a peaceful vibe.

the tentant who is staying who is lovely, easy to get on with and live with, we are grateful to find an equally as lovely and friendly female tenant to share with her... And who is also responsible and respectful to the property.

Location... prime location in newbury town centre... Near to Newbury clocktower, waotrose is 5 mins walk, victoria park is 10 mins walk, there are numerous shops in town. 10 minute drive to Vodafone HQ. Perfect for commuters as it's just off the A34 and M4 (10 minute drive). It is in a quiet location and there is a drive that allows space for a car and alternative parking surrounding.
