No beef or pork is allowed to cook in kitchen.

There is also a washing machine and clothes need to dried in airer inside the room.

One parking available. No garden access.

The house has filtered drinking water and softener installed.

Has high speed Internet and security.

En-suite will be cleaned twice a month by a professional cleaner which is included in rent.

The house is located in a quiet residential area only 15 mins to Vodafone, town centre. Access to good walking trails.

There is a bus stop and a convenience shop within 2mins walk.
