Live in landlord/home owner who is rarely at the house due to work, and staying away, etc. I'm looking for trustworthy, clean and tidy people, looking for longer term accomodation with freedom of the house/common areas. One quiet tidy long term male lodger presently. No pets, smokers only if ok with smoking outside only.
