Double room to rent in shared house

We have a double room available in a shared house for a single tenant. The bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawer furniture and desk. As always we like to promote the simple but important things, like to keep things nice, clean and tidy. The house is a 10min walk north from the town centre and the languages spoken in the house are English and Brazilian. The landlord lives locally and is able to address any issues swiftly. The room was decorated, re carpeted and new curtains in 2021. It will be available from 31st March 2026. All bills are included. It has communal kitchen, conservatory (lounge area) and large garden and patio.
