Hi there, looking for a friendly and tidy professional to share my home with.

House sits overlooking Victoria Park, 1 min walk into town centre, 30 second walk to main bus stop and 10 min walk to train station. There is a gym next door and multiple supermarkets within close proximity.

The spacious double room is for single occupancy and makes up the entire of the third floor. The room is furnished with a double bed & mattress, chest of draws, side table, desk, chair and other homely pieces. There is a large double wardrobe and loads of storage space on each side of the room. Two skylights fill the room with lots of natural light and you can see out onto Victoria Park. There is a small loo/shower at the bottom of the stairs leading up to the room.

The shared ground floor space consists of a large living room, large kitchen with all amenities, dish washer, clothes washer/dryer, downstairs bathroom (with nice big bathtub/waterfall shower) and front & back gardens. The back has a large secure shed (and hot tub). The TV has Netflix, Disney +, NOW TV, Apple TV and Prime. There’s fast speed broadband throughout the property.

I have two small and very friendly dogs so, ideally, you’ll be a dog person who’s happy to give unlimited belly scratches.

No smoking inside the house.

House has parking offsite, 2mins down the road at the Pelican Car Park. Two permits are available for the property, not currently using either.

A little about moi: I work in tech, enjoy socialising, good food, films, travel, kayaking and walking with my two dogs. I’m fairly quiet during the week and like to get out and about on weekends.
