I have a large room available from 11th Nov in shared house. Room is large 15 x 15ft (solid oak flooring) with seperate en-suite - 15ft x 6ft. Has Double Spa bath and a seperate shower, large sink, marble tiles throughout. Room is dual aspect on a quiet street by the Racecourse. Viewings are on Mondays by prior arrangement. Price is 550 pm (deposit 600) plus utility bills which are about 70 a month per person. Internet shared with other tenants (arrange with tenant). Shared kitchen, lounge, and dining room with 3 other tenants (2 male, 1 female) ages 25 to 35 approx. Gardens front, side, and back of property. Parking available in side street.
