Looing For A Housemate/Lodger

I am currently living in a house owned by my dad and we are looking for to fill our spare room. In the past we have had lodgers, but this time we are looking at more of a house share. There is a good bus route to Reading and Newbury town centre and 40-50 minute train journey to London. off road parking is available and there are plenty of jobs in the area. All bills included, except food and mobile phone. Also comes with Netflix and Disney Plus. There is free run of the house and friends and family are welcome as visitors. However, they must be out of the house by midnight.
