Newbury town centre is a 12-minute drive away and Newbury train station is a 10 minute drive away, with fast connections to London Paddington (41 minutes) and Reading (19 minutes). The bus route to central Newbury stops very near to the accommodation. There are also excellent road links via the A34 and M4 motorway and the accommodation would be convenient for those commuting to Reading, Winchester, Oxford, Southampton and Swindon.

The annexe is also well placed for several large supermarkets, an edge of town retail park, a post office, and petrol station. The thriving and historic centre of Newbury offers excellent shopping, its own theatre, cinemas and gyms, a choice of restaurants and the Kennet and Avon canal runs through the heart of the town. twenties who are welcoming, considerate, and very respectful of the privacy of others.
