Spare room available in Newbury

I've just moved into a 2 bed maisonette and am looking for a lodger to help pay the bills.
Rent will be £600 per month for the single room, or £650 for the double, each room comes with a built-in wardrobe, mirror and bedside table. This covers almost all of the bills: water, council tax and broadband. The only bill not included will be gas and electric, since this depends on usage (I'm estimating this to be around £50-100 per month each).
I work at the Harwell campus and work on site everyday, so am happy to offer lifts to and from campus, and for grocery shopping. The location is very convenient for access to the A34 and M4 motorways and there is plenty of on-street parking available. There is also a bus service to Harwell campus and into Newbury town centre, the bus stops are a short walk from the house.
As this is my first home, I'm looking for a clean and tidy lodger who shares similar interests. I've lived in many house shares in the past and so I'm hoping the place will feel like a home for you too. My hobbies include cooking, reading, movies and playing sports.
