Amazing location!
Furnished double room in a spacious apartment in the centre of Newbury.
The flats are situated next to the Kennet with lovely riverside communal gardens and a short stroll from the market square and all the pubs, restaurants and other amenities.
The train station is a 10min walk but unfortunately there is no parking space with the flat so other arrangements would have to be made, there are lots of car parks nearby.

Large shared living/dining room, shared bathroom and fully equipped kitchen.

Current household is myself a PE teacher in my 40’s but young at heart, who is sociable, friendly and active. I play rugby and do Brazilian Jiujitsu.
I have two lovely daughters who don’t live with me but often call in, hence why I would prefer a female housemate who is a professional.

This let would suit a flat mate who is either sociable and outgoing or someone who prefers to keep to themselves.
