Hi! I am a live-in landlord with a furnished double room to rent, with separate own bathroom. The room comes with a double bed, mattress, built-in double mirrored wardrobe (so lots of storage!), bookcase & dresser which can be used as a desk, or swapped out if preferred.

I am 30yrs old, moved to Newbury a year ago and work 2 days a week from home. Most weeknights I am at the gym and then relax in the evenings with Netflix, or go out to see friends in town. I am very social so really hoping to meet someone I can be friends with, rather than just a lodger.

The rent does not include bills, but I would expect these to be £175 a month (excluding water which is about £150 every 3 months). A parking space is available to rent from the management company for an additional £500 per year. The apartment is 2mins walk from Newbury Racecourse station, which is 20mins to Reading & 55mins to London Paddington. Only 15mins walk to Newbury town centre.
