Semi detached Edwardian house with 5 double beds occupied by 4x family members, a mature couple and 19+25 yo boys. Located close to Newbury railway station and town centre (5 minutes walk). Large kitchen and 2 reception rooms. We are renting a first floor fully furnished double room with floor to ceiling built in cupboards, a computer desk and rocking chair. Peaceful views of the garden. All bills included (not food - but happy to discuss sharing cooking). Includes your own fridge, high speed broadband WiFi and cable connections. Huge garden, chickens and friendly Labrador. Reasonable rules around noise, late nights and guests.
