I have a spare room available for 4-6 weeks in the run up to Christmas.
About the house:
- 6 or 7 minute walk to Newbury station
- Steps away from climbing centre and Pure Gym
- Close to Sainsburys and race course
- 15 minute walk to town centre
- Off road parking available and there's a dedicated parking spot for one car (I currently don't have a car)
- Includes a garden with fire pit
- You would have your own bathroom
Bills included (council tax, water, energy + WIFI).
I am a live in landlord and I also have a beagle (9 months old) so must love dogs. He is very cute and friendly.
I work from home most days. I am seeking someone who works outside the home preferably or HYBRID 2/3 days at the office.
In my spare time: do yoga, walks with Atlas my beagle, cooking, quiz night, pickleball etc.
