I have a fully furnished double room with private bathroom and parking space available to a female lodger. Your bedroom and bathroom is situated on the middle floor of the house so you would have the entire floor to yourself as our bedroom is on the 3rd floor so you will have plenty of privacy. Full access to communal areas such as kitchen, living and dining rooms. £180pw with bills included.

The house is right next to the racecourse and a 10 minute walk from town. Train connections are easy as we are a 5 minute walk from Newbury Racecourse station and a 10 minute walk from Newbury station. Can get into Reading by train in 20 minutes and Paddington in 20.

I am a 30 year old female looking for female lodgers only. My 36 year old female partner also lives here and there is always at least one of us working from home.
