A modern and spacious house just been renovated to a high standard in Newbury within a quiet sort sort after area. Only a 10 minute walk to the town Centre Waitrose & Co-op are within walking distance - as is the Northcroft.

It has a great open plan kitchen/dining/living area fully equipped with induction hob, double oven/grill, integrated full height fridge freezer, Combi microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen opens onto a garden with a spacious patio, a shed is provided.

The bedroom has a double bed There is an ethernet cable and aerial socket if you wish to have your own TV.
A double bed and a sets of drawers are provided, unless you wish to use your own.

Wifi is provided throughout the house. The house is cleaned once a week.

Requirements for an individual to lodge must be in full or part time employment, aged between 20-39, no pets, and to be clean and tidy.
Looking for the right individual who would get along with the current house mates.

No couples or short term lets, minimum stay of 2 months. A is one month rent deposit and a months rent to be paid upfront of £800.00 or ensuite room £860 or large ensuite dressing room £900per calendar month
