New House Mate

Hey! i’m a 27yo woman looking for a new housemate. Female preferred. I am LGBTQ myself.
I have a beautiful furnished double room available with big windows, large built in wardrobe, work desk and big drawer unit, overlooking Victoria Park and Parkway shopping centre next door.
1 large shared bathroom on the ground floor, 1 small shared bathroom on the first floor, shared kitchen and living space. Access to front and back gardens, back garden can be enclosed and has a shed and clothes airer, front garden can be enclosed and has bistro set.
15 mins walk from Newbury station and multiple bus stations right on the doorstep.
There is parking but not outside the house, you would need to purchase a parking permit with the parking location at Pelican Lane car park 2 mins walk away from the house.
All I ask is that you are clean, tidy and don’t have visitors every night.
