Extra large bedroom with lots of storage including built-in double wardrobe. Adjoining living room (which, along with the main bathroom will be mainly yours solely, after I move out).
There is also a separate shower-room / WC downstairs, mainly used by existing tenant.
You will be sharing with 1 other woman, who lives on the lower floor. Your room is upstairs and very private.
There is a third bedroom which I will be living in temporarily until I am able to move out, after you have settled in. This room will then be useful for storage and you can hang your washing in there if desired. Friendly resident cat (who will be moving out with me).
Deposit must be paid to reserve room.
