Bedroom in Newbury

Hi,

I own a 2 bedroom semi-detached home in Newbury near the retail park.

I am looking for a housemate to take my spare bedroom.
It is currently used as a guest bedroom and office so there is a desk and a very comfortable pull out day bed that turns into a double.
There is also a wardrobe and storage in the bed but you can use the loft or shed for additional storage if needed.

There's a garden, kitchen, living room and bathroom that are all shared.
The driveway will be used by me but there's plenty of on street parking right outside the house & if I am away for a prolonged period of time I'll keep the driveway clear for you.

I like a peaceful quiet space at home. I WFH 3 days a week and I tend to be in the gym at least 4 days a week. Most evenings I cook and binge watch something on TV.

I sometimes foster dogs but I will clear this with you if you're not comfortable but furry friends are more than welcome.

Happy to hang out and do things together - TV, game, hikes or gym. Equally happy to co-exist respecting eachothers privacy.
