A double ensuite room in a top floor 2 bed flat share. The other bedroom is used by me but only on a temporary basis (i. e. 1-2 days a week) so most of the time, you’ll have the whole place to yourself.

The room is move-in ready with double bed, large fitted wardrobe, new carpet and double roller blind, etc. I will be adding a desk, bedside tables, lamps, and some extra storage in due course (will upload updated pics) but you are also welcome to use your own if preferred.

Bills included (incl. WiFi). Smart TV in living room with streaming services. Fully fitted kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer in utility closet. Allocated parking space available outside the flat. Also eligible for permit parking if you had an extra vehicle.

5min walk from town. Close to train station.

Please note: the flat is on the 2nd floor with no lift so not suitable for those with accessible needs.
