The flat is spacious and conveniently located, with easy access to the train station, shops and local amenities.

The room is unfurnished, but I’m happy to sell my wardrobe and chest of drawers to the incoming tenant if they’re interested.

This is a joint tenancy, so the new tenant would need to meet the landlord/letting agent’s requirements and complete the necessary tenancy process.
