Double room in Newbury

Hi. I have a 3 bedroom Victorian 3 storey terrace with a double room available. Situated within a few minutes walk of Newbury town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants and the occasional stray vicar plus it’s close to the Kennet and Avon canal where the Buffalo roam.

The room is at the top of the house and is bigger than it looks in the photo. It has a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers and a window (the window comes free with the room). On a clear day, you can just pick out St Marks Square in
Venice in the distance.

There is a shared living space, shared bathroom and shower room and kitchen with all the usual comforts of home. There's also a small garden and patio area (are you any good with a lawnmower?) There is also parking on the road.

You’ll be replacing Michelle -
she’s moving out to go and live in domestic bliss with her boyfriend. I’ll miss her – she cleans the house and cuts the grass! I won’t expect you to do that. Not unless you want to.

I am a graphic designer and work from home. I play sport, I'm relaxed and funny (allegedly) and easy to get on with.
