Hi, I will have a double bedroom available for single occupancy, sorry no couples or single parents with kids. Room available on 28th September 2013. Bedroom is shown as bedroom 2 in the photos.

The house is in a nice, quiet location and is a NO-SMOKING house, I do smoke but outside, smokers are welcome to do the same. It's close to the Vodafone Bus route, good service for bus to Reading, local shops, chippy and chinese take-away, and about 1. 5 miles from town centre.

The rent is inclusive of electric, gas, water, wi-fi and council tax. There is plenty of room for off road parking in the neighbourhood, the driveway will also take two cars.
