PLEASE NOTE THESE ROOMS ARE AVAILABLE MON-FRI ONLY & ARE STRICTLY AVAILABLE ONLY TO NON SMOKERS. Would suit a professional person on contract returning home at weekends.
Room 1 with ensuite. Light and airy double room with lovely en-suite shower room. The room contains a double bed, wardrobe and 2 drawer units, easy chair, desk + chair and TV. £125 for 5 nights.
Room 2 is available until 23 December - happy to take short stays.
You will be sharing with two adults and small dog. We are a quite household with a couple who work from home.
Located 2 minutes walk to Newbury-Reading bus service, 5 minutes walk to A4/Hambridge Lane, close to Vodafone bus stop, 5-10 minutes walk to Newbury Business Park, 2 minutes to SAM, 1.5 miles to Town Centre/Station. 3 minutes walk to local convenience store and take-away outlets. Approx 10 mins walk to West Berkshire Hospital.

Other facilities - use of fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and dining area (no access to lounge). Bed Linen and towels provided. Laundry service for linen and towels (changed at weekend)
Access to Broad band and wifi.
Would suit single professional non smoker.

Terms - Monday to Friday room 1 with en-suite £125/week. Room 2 is £110 per week or for single nights £25. Room 1 is payable 4 weeks in advance plus a deposit of £125. Occasional weekends considered and short stays which would be at a higher cost ask for further information about this.
