Single Room For Rent - Bills Included

This room has now been renovated with new furniture and repainted.

The room consists of a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a washing basket. There is also Fibre Broadband in the room as well.

Although there is no en-suite you will have access to a shared bathroom by another tenant which has an Auqalisa power digital shower fitted and some basic storage.

In the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave dishwasher and air fryer. You don't have to worry about using all of your own stuff living here as you are free to use what we have in the house pots and pans, dishwasher tablets ect. (If anything else might be required, please ask).

The house is located very close to the A4 and about 5 minutes from the M4 which makes access to the local area very easy. The house is within walking distance of local shops such as Tesco, One Stop, and a small fish and chip shop. The local bus route is also within a few minutes walking distance (Vodafone).
