Great double room in friendly town centre house.

I am looking for a housemate to share my lovely, friendly house in central Newbury.

The bedroom - It is a good size of 12'7" X 9'4" and benefits from a large cupbord/wardrobe just outside the room. The two windows make it nice and light and it gets the evening sun. Furnishings include - bed frame. bed side table x2 chest of drawers and a large free standing mirror

The rest of the house - there is a driveway which can be shared, but there is on road parking normally available. The garden is tidy and has a patio. Smoking is only allowed in the garden.

Kitchen comprises of electric oven with gas hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine/drier. Adequate food storage and use of all kitchen equipment.

Lovely light living room, with dining table.

Large shared bathroom with power shower over the bath.

The house is a very short walk into Newbury town centre and close to Waitrose.
