A fully furnished double room (new mattress, double wardrobe, bed side table, chest of draws) available in a 3 bed house share sharing with a female 27yr old professional.

House has a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden. Parking is on road (never been an issue).

Living room has TV inc Netflix and Now TV, DVD/Blueray player, 2 sofa's (one three seater, one two seater).

Kitchen is large with table and chairs for 6 and doors leading into Garden. It is fully stocked with plates, cups etc. There is also use of kitchen aid, pressure cooker, George Foreman, Nutri-bullet, Microwave, Washing Machiene, etc available.

Bathroom has a shower over bath.

Garden is small with grass and patio, it has a table and chairs for 4, washing line and BBQ.

There is also some storage space availability in the spare room.
