The family bathroom would be for your use, the property also comes with a shed and garage (bikes etc are welcome), utility with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine etc. Broadband will be supplied () all bills included.

The house is within walking distance of the Tesco superstore & Greenham common, it's 1.7 miles to Newbury Train Station and 3.2 miles to Vodafone HQ.

I will be a live in landlord looking for someone my own age-ish who is easy to get on with and is cool with cats (just the one!)
