Lovely room, edge of Newbury (south)

I have a double room for rent in Newtown, just south of Newbury. Perfect for anyone working in the town, or who needs easy access to the A34 or Basingstoke roads. Five mins drive to Newbury station.

There's loads of room, with a new bathroom and kitchen recently fitted. The bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. I'm ideally looking for a Mon-Fri let, but can be flexible on this, depending on the rental we agree and the right person.

The house is two minutes' drive from the retail park and Newbury college, but in very quiet, relaxed, woodland surroundings. There's a big sunny patio, large garden and plenty of parking.

I work long hours and have a daily commute into London, so am only really around later in the evenings. I'm relaxed and sociable, but also enjoy the peace and quiet of living in the sticks.
