Comfortable, spacious, furnished double room available in 1st floor 2 bedroom maisonette with garden, garage and plenty of parking nearby in North Ascot.
The flat is about a 15 minute walk to Ascot station, and close to local shops including a fab Indian restaurant.
I'm a friendly, outgoing, professional woman and am looking for a down to earth, considerate and tidy flatmate to share my lovely flat with. It is important that my lodger is someone I can get on well with as this is my home and I want it to be theirs as well. I do have a young cat, he only has 3 legs but gets about fine. You wouldn't be expected to look after him when I'm away unless you want to as my neighbours help with feeding him.
